Red Cross Asks for Donors Today
(Sept. 14, 2004) - The American Red Cross Blood Services, Alabama and Central Gulf Coast Region continues to prepare the entire three state region for hurricane Ivan’s arrival later this week by extending blood donor hours and asking the public to give blood now.

Tomorrow’s Leaders Already Working to Save Lives
(Sept. 9, 2004) - High school students from the Birmingham area participated in a Red Cross Blood Services workshop. The students learned first hand the importance of being a regular blood donor and how to plan a successful Red Cross blood drive at their school.
